Is 100% raw, organic absolutely pure and unpasteurised honey that has never been heated. With an exquisite rich taste, this unprocessed honey contains active enzymes including diastase & Invertase and a Diastatic Activity of 10. In accordance with EU regulations, the Diastatic Activity signifies that unprocessed honey is unheated, raw and active with antibacterial properties suitable for therapeutic use.
It is sourced from the exquisite wild flowers of the Italian mountains and cold pressed extracted at temperatures below 40 degrees C to guarantee the active nutrients that are only found in raw fresh honey.
