Each oil can be traced back to the farm where the plant was grown, through each stage of production and finally to the beautiful finished product. <p> The organic range has been sourced from many reputable farms around the world. Absolute Aromas have visited many of the farms themselves, in order to ensure that the high levels of quality and purity that have made Absolute Aromas stand out in the marketplace, remain at the forefront of their company ethos.<p>This lavender is grown organically in Provence in France. It is a "population" lavender, which is grown from seeds. It is a fine lavender that grows at higher altitudes. The lowest field that this product grows in is about 800m, and the highest is over 1300m. The high altitude lavender apart from its wonderful fine fragrance, has a higher ester content, making it an excellent therapeutic oil.<p> To help unwind after a busy day, try blending 5 drops of Lavender with 10ml of Peach Kernel oil, add to a bowl of warm water and soak the feet for 15 minutes. For the finishing touch, pat dry and massage in the remains of the blend. <p> For an all-over approach, blend 4 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Sweet Marjoram with 10ml of Coconut oil, swirl into warm bathwater and lie back and forget your worries for half an hour.<p> Lavender blends well with most other essential oils. Try 3 drops of Lavender, 1 drop of Frankincense and 2 drops of Bergamot in a burner or diffuser to soothe and refresh the mind.
