Our Vintage Bruton Beauty is a deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, created in the heart of Somerset and enrobed in our distinctive burgundy wax. This deliciously melt in the mouth cheddar cheese is made from a traditional 90 year old recipe and matured for up to 12 months, at which point we select the very best cheese to be made into one of our award winning truckles. Our Vintage Bruton Beauty cheese has a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture that's irresistibly moreish. All of our cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.
