You don't have to look hard to find yakitori in Japan. These glorious skewers are a staple of Japanese cuisine, enjoyed everywhere from convenience stores to Michelin star restaurants. We make ours the traditional way, with spring onion & chicken thigh, marinated & cooked by hand over a flaming hot charcoal grill; this guarantees a caramelised & smokey flavour. Oven bake then glaze the skewers with our signature teriyaki sauce. They are perfect as a main course with rice & vegetables, or on their own as a snack or side.
