What is despatch time?

What is delivery time?
We use Royal Mail 24 hours or 48 hours in UK, and for larger and heavier items we use Parcel Force. For international order delivery is between 3 to 14 working days depending on country.

For UK we use Royal Mail, Parcel Force. For international orders, we use DPD, Royal Mail, DHL.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to most countries in the world. We have localized translated sites in around 100 countries. Please email info@vitaminsuk.com if you cant locate the url.

All orders are sent tracked and tracking sent to customer.

How can I return an order?

When can I expect a refund?
Refunds can take between 1 to 10 days to show in your account as we use several payment providers. If you want to chase a refund, please email info@vitaminsuk.com. If your refund hasn't reached within the alloted time of 10 days, please contact management at yogesh@vitaminsuk.com.
