Fish Oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, which have an important role to play in general health and well-being. Bio-Fish Oil contains the two important omega-3 fatty acids Docoshexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid(EPA). Omega 3 fatty acids are essential in the formation of tissue membranes throughout the body.
It is a good supplement to take for general well-being and there is a vast amount of scientific data to show the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids to health. Especially in the areas of cardiovascular disease and stroke, lupus and Crohn's disease, a number of cancers, mild hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis and menstruation discomfort.
