UP TO 2G OF VITAMIN C CAN BE TAKEN USING THIS PRODUCT (4 TABLETS) AND IF THIS AMOUNT IS BEING CONSUMED WE RECOMMEND THAT THE TABLETS ARE TAKEN SPREAD OUT THROUGH THE DAY.
