Raw cold pressed artisan honey is found in the South East regions of Serbia and is produced by bees feeding exclusively on the draping white flowers of the indigenous black locust tree to produce a lovely pale, shiny honey with a delicate light flavour. Intensely sweet with a clean finish and offering a low GI index, this honey is popular with young children and perfect as a sugar substitute for coffee or tea. Mild in strength.
