Zilch is a natural sweetener made from monk fruit, a small melon grown in the mountains of southern China and used there for centuries. It is made from a simple monk fruit infusion on a soluble tapioca fibre carrier. Made without erythritol, sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners. It is intensely sweet, so a little goes a long way: a serving is just 1/3 teaspoon (0.65g), giving around 123 servings per 80g pouch. Stir into tea and coffee, sprinkle over porridge, yogurt and fruit, or blend into smoothies, sauces and bakes. A popular choice for people cutting back on sugar or following a keto or low-carb lifestyle who don't want to give up sweetness. Resealable stand-up pouch. Ingredients: Monk fruit infusion powder (soluble tapioca fibre 70%, monk fruit decoction (Siraitia grosvenorii) 30%). Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening.
